The Beach Houses’ located in the well-known English Harbour community on Antigua’s chic south coast. The 12 private beach homes are minutes away from any amenity in English Harbour by road or by boat, whilst maintaining a secure and private hamlet for our homeowners’ enjoyment.

We have taken inspiration from stylish beachside living in other iconic beach communities such as Malibu and Bondi Beach and blended it with our own island vernacular to create quintessential island beach houses.

To be released early in 2021, owners will be able to choose between two custom beach home designs. The villas range between 3,000 and 4,000 sq.ft. (indoor and outdoor) and are carefully nestled to maximise privacy for all homeowners.
